Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened or unused, complete, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
