By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that bysoft is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Antepli Baklava, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from purchased products or services.
You hereby expressly release bysoft and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Antepli Baklava.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
